Order Processing & Dispatch
Customized Orders

Customized products such as neon signs, canvas prints, wall art personalization, and name plates require additional production time.

• Production time: 3–4 business days
• Orders are dispatched immediately after production is complete.

Standard / Ready Products

Standard (non-custom) products are processed and delivered faster.

• Standard delivery: 5–6 business days

Shipping & Delivery Time After Dispatch

• Courier transit and delivery time: 3–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on pincode and courier availability.

Free Shipping

Cusivo offers Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

COD charges may apply where available.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details through WhatsApp/email.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery details. Incorrect/incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or re-shipping costs.

Packaging & Damage Claims

Products are securely packed with protective layers.
If damage occurs in transit, customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours along with:

• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Photos of damaged item
• Order details

Courier Delays

Courier or transport delays caused due to external factors are beyond control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving concerns.
